Job summary

NetJets is seeking a Pilot to provide safe, private air transport with a concierge service mindset. You will be in command of the aircraft, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver exceptional Owner/passenger experiences on every flight.

The role requires high levels of safety, adaptability, and clear communication, with duties spanning from pre-flight briefings to post-flight documentation and coordination with MCC.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate under FAA guidelines and SOPs.
• Strong communication with Owners/passengers and crew.
• Demonstrated decision making under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of aircraft from taxi to landing per FAA and SOPs.
• Provide in-flight service and catering as needed.
• Brief passengers and communicate weather updates and itinerary changes.
• Coordinate maintenance reporting to MCC for discrepancies.
• Serve as liaison from ground to final destination for Owners/passengers.
