The role requires FAA ATP certification, a First Class Medical, and the ability to work varied hours, including long tours across time zones, while maintaining a professional demeanor and strict regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must hold FAA ATP certificate and valid First Class Medical Certificate.
• High School diploma required.
• Strong safety and regulatory knowledge for aircraft operations.
• Proven ability to manage flight operations with a concierge service level.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe aircraft operation from taxi to landing per FAA and SOPs.
• Provide in-flight service and catering as needed; manage passenger briefing.
• Communicate maintenance issues to MCC and complete related paperwork.
• Act as liaison from arrival at FBO to final destination, ensuring customer satisfaction.
