Job summary

NetJets is seeking a Pilot to provide superior air transportation with an exceptional service experience for Owners and passengers. You will command the aircraft at all times, ensure safety per FAA and NetJets SOPs, and deliver concierge-level service on every flight.

The role requires FAA ATP or acceptable qualifications, multi-engine experience, and willingness to travel internationally. Expect varying hours, including day and night shifts, with frequent hotel stays during trips.

Qualifications

• FAA ATP, Restricted ATP, or meet the requirements for FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) certificate with multi-engine rating
• At least 21 years of age
• 1,500 hours total flight time or 1,250 hours with university R-ATP certificate or 1,000 hours with military pilot qualification or 1,000 hours with university R-ATP certificate
• 200 hours cross-country (>50 nm)
• 250 hours PIC
• 100 hours night flight (or 75 hours with 45 night takeoffs/landings)
• 75 hours instrument time
• ATP written completed before Indoctrination Training
• 50 hours fixed-wing multi-engine
• Current FAA First-Class Medical certificate
• Need for passport and travel without restriction
• Ability to work varying hours including day and night, weekdays, weekends, holidays
• Must secure airport/US Customs badges and pass TSA background checks
• Must be able to travel internationally and have valid state driver's license
• Must read/write/speak English fluently
• Service-oriented with neat appearance
• Strong communication under pressure

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of aircraft per FAA and SOPs
• Provide in-flight service including catering and beverage handling
• Load and stow baggage
• Handle flights for Owners with pets or smokers
• Act as final authority on aircraft operations
• Liaise with Owners/Passengers from arrival to final destination
• Communicate maintenance issues to MCC
• Complete maintenance paperwork
• Other duties as assigned
