Job summary

NetJets is seeking experienced pilots to provide premier private air transportation with uncompromising safety and service. The Pilot serves as the face of NetJets, ensuring safe flight operations and exceptional Owner and passenger experiences, while performing duties from professional aviator to in-flight service provider.

The role requires FAA ATP certification, a First Class Medical, and extensive flight time with strong customer service and adaptability.

Qualifications

• Qualified to operate as a professional aviator under FAA regulations (ATP and medical certs).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with Owners/passengers.
• Ability to adhere to safety standards and SOPs across flight operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate aircraft safely from taxi to landing per FAA guidance and SOPs.
• Provide in-flight service and catering as needed; greet and brief Owners/passengers.
• Communicate maintenance issues to MCC and complete related paperwork.
• Act as liaison from arrival to final destination; maintain professional demeanor.
