Job summary

NetJets, the global private aviation leader, seeks a Pilot to deliver unmatched safety and service on every flight. The role combines aviator duties with concierge-level passenger service, operating under FAA guidelines and internal SOPs.

Expect long hours, multi-time-zone trips and a focus on safety, security, and customer experience. Requirements include FAA ATP or equivalent, First-Class Medical, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• FAA ATP license required or eligibility with multi-engine rating (R-ATP options accepted).
• Current FAA First-Class Medical certificate.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Operate aircraft safely per FAA regulations, OEM checklists, FOM/AOM and SOPs; brief and assist Owners/passengers pre-flight.
• Provide in-flight service including handling of catering and alcohol as required.
• Load and stow baggage securely on the aircraft.
• Coordinate with Owners/passengers and NetJets from arrival to final destination; maintain concierge-level service.
• Communicate maintenance concerns to Maintenance Control Center and complete related paperwork.
• Act as final authority on aircraft operations and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Perform duties flexibility across trips and be prepared for varying hours and time zones.
