Qualifications

• Proven adaptability and teamwork in high-demand flight operations.
• Strong service orientation and passenger communication.
• Willingness to operate across varying shifts and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate aircraft per FAA, OEM, and NetJets SOPs.
• Provide in-flight service and catering as required.
• Load and secure baggage for flight.
• Manage flights for Owners with pets or smoking policies.
• Act as final authority on aircraft operations.
• Coordinate with Owners/passengers from arrival to final destination.
• Report maintenance issues to MCC and complete related paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
