Job summary

NetJets is seeking a Pilot responsible for providing safe, high-quality air transportation with a concierge service mindset. You will command the aircraft, ensure safety, and deliver exceptional service to NetJets Owners and passengers on every flight.

The role requires FAA ATP or R-ATP qualifications, a First Class Medical Certificate, and the ability to work varying shifts and travel extensively. A high school diploma is required, with extensive experience in private aviation preferred.

Qualifications

• FAA ATP certificate required.
• First Class Medical Certificate required.
• High School education completed.
• Must meet the FAA ATP / R-ATP eligibility criteria.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of the aircraft per FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, FOM/AOM and SOPs.
• Greet Owners/passengers pre-flight, brief them on flight details and weather.
• Provide in-flight service including handling of alcohol and catering.
• Load and stow baggage securely and efficiently.
• Coordinate for Owners with pets or smoking passengers as needed.
• Act as final authority on aircraft operations and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with Owners/passengers from arrival to final destination and post-flight.
• Report maintenance issues to MCC and document discrepancies.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on assignment.
