Job summary

Heartland Aviation in Eau Claire, WI is seeking an experienced Captain - Pilot in Command to join its corporate jet flight team. Based in Eau Claire, the PIC will safely operate the fleet, deliver premium in-flight service, and uphold FAR compliance.

Candidates must have 3,000 total hours with 1,500 PIC and 500 jet/turbine, and hold an ATP license with a first-class medical; CE-650 rating is preferred. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• 3,000 total time with 1,500 PIC and 500 jet/turbine hours.
• ATP license and 1st Class Medical required; CE-650 type rating preferred.

Responsibilities

• Flight Operations: pre-flight planning, route analysis, performance calculations.
• Safety Compliance: FARs, operating limitations, and company safety protocols.
• Client Experience: deliver superior in-flight experiences.
• Aircraft Management: coordinate with maintenance to ensure airworthiness and cleanliness.
