Job summary

Cresset in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking an Associate, Private Investment Operations to join our Private Investment Operations team. You will help deliver a seamless investment experience by coordinating private transaction onboarding and ongoing lifecycle events with Advisors, Client Associates, and fund partners.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with at least 3 years in private investment operations and a bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• We require a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of professional experience.
• Experience supporting private investment operations including subscription processing, funding, distributions, and investor servicing.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with precision.
• Collaborative team player contributing to ongoing development of the Private Investment Operations team.

Responsibilities

• Onboard private investment opportunities by coordinating fund documentation with internal and external partners.
• Coordinate with Advisors, Client Associates, Investment Team, Legal, Fund Operations, and custodians to ensure timely execution.
• Review and validate subscription, funding, redemption, and reregistration transactions across platforms.
• Identify process improvements to scale operations and enhance client experience.
• Contribute to development of best practices and strategic initiatives within Private Investment Operations.
