Job summary

Cresset seeks an Associate Director, Private Wealth Client Services to lead onboarding and ongoing private banking services for UHNW clients. You will manage relationships across multi-custodial platforms, coordinate with portfolio managers, and ensure a superior client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships on multi-custodial platforms.
  • Serve as a primary lead for client onboarding, investment implementation, and private banking services.
  • Create and implement customized onboarding experience for high net-worth clients.
  • Transfer and reconcile assets from contra firms.
  • Implement new investment strategies and hire managers as directed by advisor.
  • Prepare client subscription and redemption documents related to alternative investments.
  • Manage client billing (assign attributes, start/end dates, raising cash).
  • Assist with client inquiries regarding inflow and outflows.
  • Establish lines of credit/margin.
  • Attend quarterly client portfolio review meetings as needed (FO).
  • Serve as a liaison between Cresset and client CPAs and attorneys (FO).
  • Manage tax document facilitation with client CPAs (FO).
  • Identify new technology and opportunities to enhance client experience and promote internal scalability.

Cresset is seeking an Associate Director, Private Wealth Client Services with 5+ years of experience managing the administrative and private banking needs for high net worth and ultra-high net worth clientele. The candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for clients and collaborate with a portfolio manager to build strong relationships and to drive retention and growth by providing a superior experience.

What We Offer:

Salary will be based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, licenses/certifications, industry knowledge, and geographic location.
