CNS Cares is seeking a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) for private in-home care assignments. This role offers Saturday and Sunday shifts with flexible scheduling and both part-time and full-time options.

Responsibilities include one-on-one patient care in the home, with benefits for 30+ hours per week, PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401K and a 50% employer match on 401K. Compensation is $15.00–$16.00 per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus.

Personal Care Assistant - PCA
