Orrick is seeking a highly qualified Paralegal with 2+ years of experience to join our Private Fund Practice within our Technology Companies Group. This position would be located in our San Francisco, Menlo Park, Orange County, or Washington DC offices or possibly other offices depending on the candidate.
The Private Funds Paralegal will play a key role in supporting attorneys in all phases of fund formation, investor onboarding, fund management, along with a strong understanding of private fund structures and documentation.
California Requirements: In the California offices, paralegals must meet the qualifications, including compliance with the continuing education requirements, as set forth in the California Business and Professions Code, Section 6450 et seq.

The expected salary range for this position is:
Orrick is committed to providing a comprehensive, competitive, and thoughtful total compensation package to our attorneys and staff, wherever they work. This compensation and benefits information is based on the Orrick's estimate as of the date of publication and may be modified in the future. The level of pay within the range will depend on a variety of job-related factors that may include, but not limited to, qualifications, relevant experience or education, particular skills or expertise, geography. Other compensation may include an annual discretionary merit bonus, which would be determined by Firm and individual performance.
