Job summary

JPMorganChase Private Bank in Newark, DE, seeks a Fund Distribution Relationship Manager to own end-to-end relationships for distribution in-kind events with private equity and venture capital clients across North America. Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in relationship management or related fields.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail with a focus on settlement instructions and due diligence.
• Experience applying AI-driven solutions in workflows.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end relationship and execution for distribution in-kind events involving Private Equity and VC clients.
• Lead initial kickoff with Funds to align on process, requirements, dependencies and timelines.
• Collect LP settlement instructions; validate completeness and accuracy and resolve breaks.
• Engage Investment Product Specialists for due diligence and follow-ups to closure.
• Partner with the Distributions Servicing Team to ensure timely execution.
• Provide status updates and respond to inquiries from Fund Bankers and Investors promptly.
• Complete callbacks and verification steps per established processes.
• Track milestones, risks and open items; escalate issues as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve process execution, transparency and client experience.
• Maintain communication across all parties to ensure alignment throughout the distribution lifecycle.
