Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Fund Distribution Relationship Manager within the Private Bank to own end-to-end distribution for in-kind events across North America. You will lead kickoffs, collect settlement instructions, and coordinate due diligence with internal teams and external fund counterparties.

You will provide regular status updates to Fund Bankers and Investors, address issues, and drive process improvements. A Bachelor’s degree and strong client-service experience are required.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in relationship management or fund operations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with multi-tasking ability.
• Attention to detail with a strong control mindset on settlement data.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship with Funds, LPs, Fund Bankers, and Investors for distribution events.
• Lead initial kickoff with the Fund to align on process, requirements, timelines.
• Collect LP settlement instructions; validate completeness and resolve gaps.
• Engage Investment Product Specialists to complete due diligence reviews.
• Partner with the Distributions Servicing Team for timely execution.
• Provide status updates to Fund Bankers and Investors promptly.
• Complete required callbacks and verification steps per process.
• Track milestones, risks, and open items; escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve process execution.
• Maintain cross-party communications throughout the distribution lifecycle.
• Support implementation of process enhancements and efficiencies.
