YMCA in Doylestown, PA is seeking an Ability Program Private Fitness Instructor to support members with disabilities in achieving fitness goals. The role is part-time, hourly, with flexible scheduling and a commitment to a healthy lifestyle.

You must be 18+, have 1+ years experience with individuals with disabilities, hold an active Personal Trainer Certification, and be highly organized and punctual. We offer YMCA membership, flexible schedule, and discounts on childcare and camps.

• Work with members with disabilities to help them achieve fitness goals.
• Provide expert guidance on maintaining a healthy lifestyle to members of all demographics.
• Meet the needs of members in a safe and effective manner.
• Develop strong relationships with participants and their families through communication and actions.
• Provide feedback to participants and parents/guardians on individual performance.
• Create client retention through progressive exercise prescription.
• Maintain confidentiality of all participants.
