Job summary

YMCA in Easton, PA is seeking a part-time Group Exercise Instructor to lead engaging classes and promote wellness. The role is hourly with a flexible schedule, based in the gym and open to residents of the area.

Qualified candidates hold a national group fitness or related certification and can adapt classes for all abilities. You may substitute for other instructors as needed, and membership benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Certification required: National Group Fitness, yoga, cycle, pilates, or Les Mills.
• Team player with a positive presence and passion for connecting with members.
• Ability to adapt class/style for the members in front of you.

Responsibilities

• Find new and engaging ways to connect with members during class.
• Instruct an effective, safe class for all abilities in the gym.
• Willing and able to serve as a substitute for fellow instructors.
• Be proud to wear YMCA gear and advocate for us.
