Greenville Country Club is seeking a Banquet Server to provide polished, attentive catering service for private events for our members and guests. You will work under the direction of the Private Events Director and Banquet Captain to ensure each function is professional, welcoming, and runs smoothly.

Responsibilities include assisting with room setup and breakdown, setting tables, attending pre-function briefings, and maintaining service standards while staying flexible with timing and guest

Qualificações

• 1+ year Food & Beverage, catering, or banquet service experience (country club experience preferred).
• Working knowledge of catering terms, strong guest service skills, teamwork, and ability to follow instructions.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver polished, attentive catering service for private events for members and guests.
• Follow directions from the Private Events Director and/or Banquet Captain.
• Assist with room prep, set-up, and breakdown as needed; set tables and place settings per event plan.
• Attend pre-function briefings and stay in rhythm with the team to ensure smooth function.
