Job summary

Greenville Country Club is seeking a friendly Banquet Server to deliver polished catering service for private events. You will support the Private Events team, ensure professional presentation, and help create welcoming guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in Food & Beverage or banquet service, strong guest service skills, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends at a country club setting. You will follow event directions, assist with room setup and breakdown, set tables per

Qualifications

1+ year Food & Beverage, catering, or banquet service experience (country club experience preferred).
Working knowledge of catering terms, strong guest service skills, teamwork, and ability to follow instructions.
Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Follow event directions from the Private Events Director and/or Banquet Captain.
Provide courteous table service consistent with club standards.
Assist with room prep, set-up, and breakdown as needed.
Set tables and place settings to the event plan.
Attend pre-function briefings.
Stay at your assigned station and complete tasks as directed.
Escalate guest concerns to the Banquet Captain or Private Events Director.
Comply with all food/alcohol safety and grooming policies.
