This is a full-time, Private Equity Sr Associate/Vice President role. The individual in this role will have a mix of 50% portfolio and 50% investment responsibilities. On the portfolio side, the individual will oversee strategic finance initiatives , track KPIs, monitor value creation playbooks, and prepare r egular reporting for internal and external stakeholders . On the investing side, the individual will source and evaluate investment opportunities in SaaS and software-enabled services, including market research, competitive analysis, and preliminary screening of potential deals. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and reviewing detailed financial models, performing rigorous due diligence, preparing investment memos, and supporting transaction execution. The role involves working closely with portfolio company management teams and SGP team members. The Sr Associate/VP will collaborate with firm leadership to refine investment theses, participate in negotiation processes, and contribute to firm-wide initiatives to enhance SGP’s investment and value-creation practices.
