The firm pursues control buyout investments in high‑quality software businesses and is known for its disciplined underwriting, operational focus, and long‑term ownership mindset. Due to the lean nature of the team, Associates work directly with Partners and Founders across all stages of the investment process, with very meaningful responsibility from day one.
