• Leadership experience managing and developing teams in investment operations, fund administration, accounting, or financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required.
• Proven project management skills to lead multiple initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operations of multiple private equity funds, including capital calls, distributions, reconciliations, and cash management.
• Coach and develop an operations team with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee quarterly investor and fund performance reporting and client deliverables.
• Collaborate with investment, accounting, treasury, compliance, and other teams to streamline processes.
