Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in private equity and M&A.
• Experience coordinating teams and managing components of transactions independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.

Responsibilities

• Support a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including M&A, leveraged recapitalizations, growth equity, and exits.
• Manage internal and external client and counsel relationships effectively.
• Contribute to deal sheets and business development for the Private Equity group.
