Candidates should have some experience or demonstrated interest in private M&A and growth equity transactions, with a basic understanding of the diligence process, ancillary workstreams, and signing/closing logistics.

Successful applicants will display good judgment, proactive communication, and the ability to manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.

Qualificações

• Outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience.
• Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
• Deal sheet evidencing private equity experience is required.

• Assist with due diligence in private M&A and growth equity transactions.
• Support signing/closing processes and related ancillary workstreams.
