Private Equity M&A - Mid-Level/Senior Associate

Goodwin is seeking a highly qualified associate with 3+ years of experience to join our Private Equity Group. The candidate must have experience working in teams and managing components of transactions independently, with specific experience in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged recapitalizations, growth equity and venture capital transactions, and exits and equity compensation.

The candidate must be proactive, with a strong business sense, stellar communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.

Applicants should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) and a deal sheet.
