Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney in Pittsburgh with 4–7 years of M&A and general corporate experience. The role focuses on buy- and sell-side transactions, structuring, negotiation, and due diligence for sophisticated deals within a Private Equity practice.

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate transactions.
• Experience representing clients in buy-side and sell-side matters.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Ability to manage sophisticated corporate transactions with tight deadlines.
• Active bar admission in the candidate's jurisdiction or eligibility for waiver.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions.
• Handle both buy-side and sell-side M&A matters.
• Assist with structuring, negotiating, and completing complex corporate transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate acquisition agreements and related documents.
• Conduct and coordinate legal due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions.
• Advise clients on transaction structures and related corporate matters.
• Manage transaction processes and coordinate with clients and counsel.
• Identify and address issues arising during transactions.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas on multidisciplinary matters.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide timely guidance.
