Job summary

OA Private Capital, an affiliate of RDV Corporation, offers a Summer 2027 Investment Analyst Internship aimed at undergraduates pursuing finance-related degrees. Interns will receive extensive training and exposure to middle-market buyout funds, including underwriting, portfolio review, and data management.

You will participate in evaluating opportunities, maintaining databases, and supporting cross-portfolio projects with a focus on applying AI tools across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related discipline; expected graduation 2028 or 2029.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Investment underwriting – review confidential memoranda and financial models; assist in investment committee materials.
• Portfolio monitoring – review ongoing financial performance and valuation of active investments.
• Database maintenance – input and review data in internal reporting systems.
• Internal projects – support cross-portfolio initiatives, including AI tool implementation.
