Job summary

Interaction with senior firm members and portfolio company leadership is integral to the program. Ideal candidates are pursuing a US undergraduate degree with graduation in Dec 2026 or May 2027, have strong finance skills, and demonstrate teamwork and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a US bachelor's degree with graduation in Dec 2026 or May 2027.
• Strong analytical background in finance and accounting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in private equity and teamwork.
• Internship experience at financial services or consulting preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to Philadelphia for the summer.

Responsibilities

• Construct and review detailed financial and operating models for potential investments.
• Assist in the due diligence process for investments.
• Conduct industry research to support investment due diligence.
• Identify and develop plans to source potential investment opportunities.
• Draft investor communications and portfolio updates.
• Monitor assets and review monthly operating results.
• Develop strategies to increase revenue, improve operations, and strengthen financial controls.
