Qualifications

• Three years of experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, Private Equity or related areas.
• Experience with due diligence, investment memoranda, and live deal participation.

Responsibilities

• Support due diligence on private equity opportunities across managers, portfolios and co-investments.
• Develop and build complex financial models including DCF and LBOs.
• Lead diligence efforts and coordinate with third-party vendors and senior leaders.
• Prepare Investment Committee memoranda detailing merits and risks.
• Coordinate execution, structuring and documentation of investments.
• Monitor portfolio performance and risk profiles.
