Job summary

Apollo is seeking a senior contributor to its Product Management Team focused on investor relations and marketing for the Private Equity platform. You will work with Product Managers, Specialists, Marketing, and Sales to support fundraises and client services globally.

The role requires extensive experience in fund marketing/investor relations, strong analytical and presentation skills, and proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.

Qualifications

• 6.5–10 years of Fund Marketing/Investor Relations experience.
• Fluency in private equity markets and ability to translate Apollo’s offerings across assets.
• Strong investor experience mindset with financial/analysis skills.
• Ability to collaborate across sales, investment, and marketing for commercial outcomes.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; data manipulation skills.
• Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and workflows.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Self-starter with initiative, high energy, and team player.
• Licenses: SIE, Series 7 & 63.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraise processes and coordinate with PMs, Specialists, and Sales.
• Coordinate new product launches and support growth of product lines.
• Create marketing collateral and presentations communicating value and strategy.
• Prepare materials for pitches, portfolio reviews, and market updates.
• Handle investor inquiries and RFPs, DDQs, and information requests.
• Collaborate with investment teams to expand market themes and knowledge.
• Develop investor reporting, quarterly reports, webcasts, and meetings.
• Support thought leadership pieces on investment strategies and markets.
• Incorporate market data into materials and communicate portfolio strategy.
