Standish Management seeks a Fund Controller in Chicago to oversee financial reporting and administration operations. You will supervise audit and tax preparation, manage capital calls, and maintain investor information while leading a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Finance/Accounting/Economics.
• 2+ years of public accounting experience or equivalent.
• CPA designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the audit and tax preparation process.
• Assist in preparing information for Capital Calls and Distributions.
• Manage and track portfolio company financings.
• Cash flow management and forecasting.
• Assist with Quarterly Reporting to Limited Partners.
