Job summary

Standish Management, a trusted fund administrator, seeks an intern to gain exposure to private equity and venture capital fund administration during summer 2027. You will support Associates and Fund Controllers with financial statement schedules, data entry, and filing tasks, while learning client reporting systems and data analyses.

Ideal candidates have basic accounting knowledge, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work meticulously in a team environment and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Basic accounting and finance knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of financial and client information into the recordkeeping system.
• Maintain and update filing systems.
• Assist with providing support to audit and tax teams.
• Assist with systems conversions and data entry & reporting projects.
• Work on special projects for Associates and Fund Controllers.
