• Support evaluation of new investments across industry verticals by managing workstreams.
• Lead financial, legal, tax, and commercial due diligence on prospective investments.
• Collaborate with investment teams to prepare portfolio companies for exit.
• Assist in portfolio monitoring and value creation initiatives post-close.
