Job summary

Hunter SF locations in San Francisco seeks an Associate or Senior Associate to support Investor Relations and Fundraising, including preparing fundraising materials, data rooms, and due diligence requests. You will actively participate in investor meetings and collaborate with marketing, finance, operations, compliance, and legal teams.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience for Associate level, or 4-6 years for Senior Associate in financial services, fundraising, or professional services.
• Experience in investor relations, fundraising, capital raising, or client services within financial services.
• Proven relationship-building and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support fundraising execution across one or more active private equity fund vehicles, maintaining investor pipeline and tracking commitments from first call through close.
• Prepare and maintain fundraising materials, including pitch decks, data rooms, DDQs/RFPs, and quarterly investor reporting.
• Maintain the firm's CRM with investor and prospect information, coordinating with back office and fund administrators on investor data and subscription document processing.
• Collaborate with finance, marketing, legal, and compliance to ensure alignment on fundraising messaging, positioning, and strategy.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of investor relations and fundraising processes and procedures.
• Actively participate in investor and prospective investor calls and meetings, including roadshow scheduling and preparation.
