K1 Investment Management in Manhattan Beach, CA is seeking a Private Equity Analyst to join our expanding investment team. You will evaluate new investments, build financial models, and present recommendations to the Investment Committee while collaborating with portfolio company finance teams.

• Bachelor's Degree required with strong academic performance

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation of new investments and identify investment levers
• Meet with senior executives, founders/CEOs, and advisors representing K1
• Build dynamic financial models and run proprietary analyses
• Present investments to Investment Committee
• Collaborate with portfolio company finance teams on budgets
• Coordinate data collection and diligence sessions with lenders and co-investors
• Work with deal teams, finance, accounting, legal and operations teams
