Job summary

Raw Selection LTD is seeking a hands-on CFO to lead finance for a PE-backed, multi-brand services platform in the Southeast. You will drive the next growth phase, standardize processes, and oversee ServiceTitan and NetSuite integrations while guiding the company toward an exit within 18–36 months.

The role requires strong leadership across multi-entity finance, integration of acquisitions, and partnership with investors and operating leaders to improve reporting, controls, and scalability.

Qualifications

• Must have PE-backed financial leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-site finance operations.
• Residential/services platform familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance and accounting for a $120M platform across multiple brands.
• Own financial reporting, consolidation, audits, and controls.
• Standardize SOPs and reporting across locations.
• Optimize ServiceTitan workflows and NetSuite integration.
• Oversee post-acquisition integrations and playbooks.
