Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking an Assurance Supervisor to join our Private Equity practice. You will lead audit engagements, review workpapers, and mentor staff across multiple engagements while maintaining client communications and deadlines.

Qualified candidates will have a CPA or progress toward licensure, 4+ years of assurance experience, strong US GAAP/GAAS knowledge, and proven project management and leadership abilities. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is required.
• Active CPA license or progress toward licensure in state of residence; license strongly preferred.
• 4+ years of assurance experience in a public accounting environment.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP/GAAS or other relevant regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading portions of audit engagements from planning through completion, including reviewing workpapers, and managing workflow across multiple engagements.
