Base pay range

$200,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

My client, a Seattle based Private Equity firm, is looking to add an Associate to their deal team. The Associate will support senior deal team members with financial modeling, due diligence, and investment memo preparation. This role would be starting in June 2026.

Responsibilities:

• Financial modeling, forecasting, valuation and returns analysis
• Industry and market research
• Analysis of company performance trends, products, customers, vendors, and competitive positioning
• Monitoring of portfolio companies
• Preparation and review of bid letters and other transaction documentation
• Preparation and presentation of materials for investment committee

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of M&A Investment Banking experience
• Undergraduate bachelor's degree with excellent academic record with an emphasis in finance, accounting, economics, and/or business
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Demonstrated competency in financial statement analysis, valuation, and accounting
