Pinnacle Group seeks an Associate for its Private Equity team in its San Diego office. You will handle all aspects of the deal process for private equity deals with a focus on secondaries, while sourcing and screening direct and secondary investments across multiple stages and geographies.

You will collaborate with external managers, company leaders, and internal teams for due diligence and deal execution, perform financial analyses, and support investment committee discussions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or related field.
• 3+ years in investment banking or related financial services role.

• Handle all aspects of the deal process for private equity deals, focusing on secondaries.
• Source and screen direct and secondary investments across buyouts, growth, and venture.
• Collaborate with fund managers, company leaders, bankers, and internal teams for due diligence and deal execution.
• Perform financial due diligence and market research using advanced analytical models.
• Prepare and present analyses and memos to senior leadership and Investment Committee.
• Negotiate and coordinate private equity closings and monitor post-close performance.
