The role focuses on representing private equity funds and advising family-owned businesses on M&A transactions. Candidates should have 4–8 years of experience in private equity and M&A, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and be admitted to the Illinois Bar. The position offers significant client contact, leadership opportunities, a competitive salary of $233,500–$335,000 plus bonuses, and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of relevant private equity and M&A experience.
• Experience leading workstreams on leveraged buyouts and sell-side transactions.
• Large law firm or highly regarded boutique experience preferred.
