Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Washington, DC is seeking a Private Equity Associate with 2–6 years of experience to join a sophisticated AM Law 50 firm partner-led practice. You will handle leading components of complex transactions, draft and negotiate documents, coordinate diligence, and advise clients on structure and risk. This role offers meaningful ownership and cross-office collaboration.

Candidates must be admitted to DC and hold a JD from a top 50 U.S. law school.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of relevant experience in private equity or corporate practice.
• JD from a Top 50 U.S. law school and DC admission.
• Experience representing PE sponsors in acquisitions and dispositions.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead core workstreams on sophisticated transactions.
• Draft, review and negotiate principal and ancillary transaction documents.
• Coordinate diligence, signing and closing processes across deal teams.
• Advise clients on transaction structure, execution and risk allocation.
• Collaborate across practices and offices on time-sensitive matters.
