Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represent institutional equity investors and private equity real estate funds in all phases of the investment cycle.
• Advise on complex real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
• Structure and negotiate joint venture agreements for large-scale projects.
• Assist clients in real estate lending transactions, including mortgage and mezzanine loans.
• Conduct due diligence, contract drafting, and risk assessments for real estate investments.
• Collaborate with lenders, developers, and investors to develop strategic investment solutions.
