Responsibilities

• Transaction Execution: support due diligence, manage third-party vendors and assist investment memos.
• Portfolio Company Management: assist add-ons, corporate finance, and quarterly reporting.
• Marketing and Communications: develop materials for LPs and debt providers.
• Thesis Development: develop new investment thesis areas.
