Our client, an Atlanta based private equity firm seeks to hire an Associate to support the investment team in all aspects of the investment process - initial evaluation of investment opportunities, financial modeling, due diligence (industry and company) and transaction execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting in the management of all aspects of due diligence and financing, including consultations with outside advisors, meetings with management, and discussions with financing sources and intermediaries
