We are currently working with a New York-based private equity firm seeking to add an Associate to its investment team, working on investments into the TMT sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate within a lean team working on end to end deals
• Build detailed financial models and conduct valuation analyses
• Work closely with management teams to drive value creation
• Flexible approach to deals, giving exposure to a mix of buyout and growth investments

Qualifications:

• 1.5–3 years of experience in investment banking
• Prior experience in TMT preferred
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
