Qualifications

  • Excellent quantitative and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong sense of risk/reward trade-offs.
  • GPA 3.5 or higher; coursework in finance or related field is preferred.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; proficient in Word/PowerPoint/Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Work with investment team to source, screen, and conduct due diligence on private equity fund managers, co-investments, and secondaries.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative research and financial modeling on companies and assets across industries and geographies.
  • Interact with fund managers and portfolio company management teams on portfolio and asset-level underwriting.
  • Analyze PPMs, financial statements, and investment returns; conduct reference calls as part of due diligence.
  • Perform market research to identify and analyze macroeconomic trends across industry sectors.
  • Prepare due diligence materials and Investment Committee memos; present recommendations to the investment team.
  • Monitor the performance of the firm's existing investments.
