Atlas Home Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for private duty/home health in Napa County. The role provides continuous, one-to-one nursing care in patients' homes, typically eight-hour shifts, with a focus on direct patient care and clinical escalation.

The ideal candidate holds an active CA RN license with CPR, 1+ year acute care experience, and a willingness to work part-time 16–24 hours per week. Compensation is $55–$65 per hour, based on experience.

Qualificações

• Active California RN license and CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year nursing experience in acute care or equivalent preferred.
• Driver's license with reliable automobile.
• Ability to perform home health nursing in patients' homes.

Responsabilidades

• Perform initial and ongoing physical assessments to determine home care needs.
• Deliver direct nursing care including medication administration and treatments as prescribed.
• Initiate and revise the plan of care as patient status changes.
• Develop care plans based on nursing diagnoses and goals.
• Provide instructions and counseling to patients and families for home-based stability.
