Job summary

ViaQuest Residential Services is seeking a Developmental Disabilities Nurse (RN) for a 7a-7p shift in Monroe, Ohio. This role is offered as PT and FT with hourly pay of $35-$36 plus $4 weekend premium.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate’s degree or equivalent in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
• RN license.
• Nursing experience within Home Care/Home Health, Private Duty Nursing, Long Term Care, or Disability Services is a plus but not required.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance and reliable transportation.

• Medication Administration, Personal Care, Light Housekeeping and day to day support.
• 2:2 Ratio of individuals through a consistent caseload.
• Effectively communicating updates and changes to patient’s status to the supervising RN.
• Maintaining a safe patient environment.
• Providing emotional and social support and compassionate care to patients.
• Maintaining current patient records and progress notes.
• Working as a member of the interdisciplinary team.
• Developing and establishing a plan of care with physician.
