Job summary

Right At Home - Northwest Homecare & Staffing Services in Washington state seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled home care for patients with ventilator and tracheostomy needs on a flexible schedule.

You will perform assessments, administer medications, support families, and collaborate with physicians to ensure safe, high-quality care in patients' homes, with opportunities to grow into part-time or full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in WA.
• Ventilator and tracheostomy experience is required.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients requiring ventilator and tracheostomy management.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Respond confidently to patient needs while maintaining a safe environment.
• Educate and support family members and caregivers.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.

10-Hour Shifts | 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) looking for a flexible schedule while making a meaningful difference in patients' lives? We are seeking compassionate, dependable RNs with ventilator and tracheostomy experience to provide exceptional one-on-one care in the home.

This position has opportunity to transition into consistent part-time or full-time hours.
