Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking an experienced nurse for in-home patient care on Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 10 am to 5 pm, with Trach and Vent experience preferred. You will provide a full range of services to bring comfort and dignity to clients.

Qualifications

• Education: ADN or AAS required.
• Licensure: RN license in the state of Indiana.
• CPR/BL S/First Aid certification required.
• Reliable transportation to care sites/work locations.
• Trach/vent experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home direct patient care per care plan.
• Monitor vitals and document changes.
• Administer meds, insulin, IV/fluids; document.
• Inspect wounds; change dressings; assist with hygiene.
• Collaborate with providers and care team for outcomes.
