Alpha Home Health and Hospice is seeking a Private Duty Registered Nurse to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes for pediatric and adult clients.

You will perform assessments, monitor conditions, administer medications, manage devices like ventilators and feeding tubes, and document care while collaborating with families and the clinical team to ensure safe, compassionate care.

Formación

• Current RN licensure in good standing.
• Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and critical thinking.
• Experience or capability to manage ventilators and feeding tubes.
• Excellent communication and compassionate bedside manner.
• Ability to follow care plans with accurate documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.


• Strong clinical judgment, patient assessment, and critical thinking skills.


• Experience or capability to manage ventilators and feeding tubes.


• Excellent communication and compassionate bedside manner.


• Ability to follow care plans and ensure quality, safety, and accurate documentation.
